The financial affairs of Reivilo Technologies are managed within the legal requirements for a Closed Corporation and the financial accounting is conducted by a reputable external Accounting Firm.

Minelab South Africa is officially registered with the South African Revenue Services as Importer and Exporter with CCN Number: 20190890.

Errors and Omissions Expected.

In this instance the transaction will be coordinated outside the mechanisms off the Minelab Online Shop.
We could also send you a payment request from the Payfast payment platform. No Cheque payments will be accepted.
Shipping takes place by means of a Minelab nominated Courier Service and all delivery charges are for the account of the Buyer.
The fixed delivery cost for all purchases for delivery within the borders of the Republic of South Africa is R100.00.
We reserve the right to at any time and without prior notice to you make changes to this delivery cost.
We will prepare your order and hand it over to an appropriate Courier Service within 48-hours of receiving the Online Purchase Order, confirmation of a successful Payment and also a correct, confirmed and deliverable Street Address.
Should the 48-hours not be within a weekday-period ending by 12h00 on a Friday or commencing after 12h00 on a Friday or during the cause of a weekend of public holiday, the 48-hour period shall commence at 08h00 on the Monday or first working day following a public holiday.
Typical Courier Transit Times are as follows, but cannot always be guaranteed:
- Gauteng and some areas in other Provinces directly bordering Gauteng: 1 – 2 Working Days
- Main Centres (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein): 2-3 Working Days
- Other Areas: 3-6 Working Days.
We cannot deliver to any Postal Address, South African Post Office Counter or any other mail agency postal box, i.e. Postnet.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a detailed street delivery address where someone will be available to accept delivery.
Remote rural addresses that are in general not serviced by Courier Services will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for the non-delivery of a product due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the Buyer.
The loss of a product or additional delivery costs incurred in the event of an incorrect delivery address will be the responsibility of and for the account of the Buyer.
Our obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address as was nominated by you for delivery of your order.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or unauthorised use of a product once it has been delivered to the physical address as provided by you.
We will not ship any Product with the South African Postal Service or Speed Services Couriers.
Minelab Limited Product Warranty.
The warranty periods for Minelab Metal Detector Products and Accessories are as follows:
- Electronic control boxes (with the exception of the Excalibur II and GO-FIND Series detectors), Minelab branded search coils, handles, shafts, headphones, bags and battery chargers are under warranty for a period of 3-years (36 months) from the date of purchase
- GO-FIND Series detectors and PRO-FIND 25 Pinpointer are warranted for a period of 2-years (24 months) from the date of purchase
- The Excalibur II is warranted for a period of 1-year (12 months) from the date of purchase
- Batteries, PRO-SWING 45 harness, and all accessory items not listed above are under warranty for a period of 6 months from the Date of Purchase.
The above Minelab Product warranty will not be effective unless:
- The Warranty Registration Form is completed (either online or in hard copy) and returned to Minelab within 14 days of the Date of Purchase
- Minelab is notified in writing of any alleged defect within 30 calendar days of the Purchaser first becoming aware of the alleged defect.All notifications to Minelab must be sent to Minelab South Africa.
Notwithstanding any provisions in the official Warranty Statement of Minelab Products, you undertake to ensure that at all times all parts, specifically shafts, waterproofing seals and coil covers of Metal Detectors will be kept clean and in serviceable condition to prevent any damage to the product. Go-Find Series of Metal Detectors must receive special attention to ensure that all shafts and the armrest slides are kept clean of any dirt, especially sea sand, before operating and collapsing it. Any warranty claim, due to damage obviously caused by the user not observing these conditions, will be void without discussion or entering into any correspondence on the issue.
Other Products. The Warranty of all other Products available from this Website will be as per the warranty conditions of the specific manufacturer.
It is your responsibility to on receipt of the product study the warranty statements and conditions of the specific product(s) that you have purchased and be fully acquainted with it.
In the event that you are making a warranty claim, you will need to pay for the packing and shipping cost to return the item to the premises of Minelab South Africa at the address as provided above.
This cost to return the product to us is for your account and is non-refundable.
For Minelab branded products it is in the sole discretion of Minelab South Africa whether to replace or repair any product under warranty claim.
The decision of Minelab South Africa will be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
For other Product Brands available on this website, the manufacturer or its official distributing agent will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty.

Minelab South Africa warrants all products to be free of defects at time of shipping.
All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties as above.
Prior to returning faulty products you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return.
In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to affect repair or replacement as qualified above.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 7-days (7-days) from having received your order on condition that all returned goods are returned in their original packaging. No item will be retuned once opened, assembled and used. No Item will be returned after 7-days of purchase. Items returned within 7-days of purchase must be unopened, unassembled, in its original undamaged packaging, fully complete and in both 100% original serviceable and resalable condition. Items returned within 7-days will attract a 15% return fee based on the full purchase price. We do not deal in second hand equipment and do not have a market for any second hand items.
The delivery time and date as documented by the Courier Service on their Track and Trace information or other official supporting documentation will be the date of receipt of the order.
The initial delivery cost of the purchase will not be refunded and the cost of returning the product to our premises will also be for your account.[/vc_column_text]
Errors & Omissions
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of the Products on the Website.
However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (and it is not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error.
Any claim relating to this website shall be governed by the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Minelab South Africa regarding its access and use of the Website.
No waiver by a party of any breach or default by any other party is effective unless reduced to writing and signed by the party making such waiver, and any such waiver does not constitute a waiver of any other continuing breach or default under these Terms and Conditions.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in this document, Minelab South Africa will not be liable for any delay in or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the our reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, flood, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, stoppage of work, trade disputes, internet down-time, or any act of war or terrorism.
The Customer acknowledges the right of Minelab South Africa to take action against it to prevent a breach of these Terms and Conditions and further acknowledges that damages may not be an appropriate remedy in those circumstances.
The Customer agrees to promptly do all things required by law or reasonably requested by the Minelab South Africa to give effect to these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition, invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
Minelab hereby selects as it’s Legal Address; 304 Zambesi Drive, Sinoville, 0129, Pretoria, South Africa, for the service of all formal notices and legal processes in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
Minelab may change this address from time to time by updating these Terms and Conditions.
You hereby select the Delivery Address specified with your order as your legal address, but you may change it to any other physical address by giving Minelab not less than 7 days notice in writing.
Minelab hereby selects as Electronic Mail Address for general communication on non-legal issues firstname.lastname@example.org Legal Notices must be sent either by hand, prepaid registered post or notifications thereof by email and must be in English.
All notices sent by hand will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery;
